Minutes of Annual Meeting January 27, 2009

The fifteenth annual meeting of the Fox Hill Homeowner's Association (FHHA) was held at 7:30 PM on Tuesday, January 27, 2009 at the home of Debbie and Mike Mason.

RESIDENTS PRESENT: Steve Berhannan, Leslie Crye, Peg Harshfield, Allen Joiner, Jan Kennedy, Anne LaVoie, Debbie and Mike Mason, Nancy Petroski, and Barbara Wallin.

President Debbie Mason presided, stating thanks to the current officers for their service.

MINUTES: The minutes were approved as recorded, moved by Nancy Petroski and seconded by Anne LaVoie.

STATUS OF FOX HILL: All is well, with discussion of school parking on our streets.

TREASURER'S REPORT: An invoice for dues will be e-mailed to encourage membership.
The 2009 proposed budget is attached and was approved, motion moved by Mike Mason and seconded by Steve Berhannan.

ENTRANCES: Mulch to be used is cypress. Debbie will talk to Mike Emery about doing it in the Spring if enough money from dues is received.

COPS: The program is successful. The Annual COPS Meeting is Tuesday, February 24, 7 PM at Riverfield Clubhouse jointly with Amberfield. Topic is Internet Safety.

SEWERS: Residents should make phone calls to the county to get action on the sewers. Debbie will talk to Bert Nasuti. Debbie indicates we may have to regroup. The county is dragging their feet and keeps changing managers in charge of sewers, etc.

DIRECTORY: Debbie has not been able to get participation/information from residents, so she may go ahead with a new directory. She has secured one half of the funding from Nancy Minor and will look to a lender for the remainder.

FOX HILL WEBSITE: It is active.

UPCCA REPORT: Mike Mason said all is well with Peachtree Corners. Next meeting is February 23. The economy has slowed down building on 141.

NEWSLETTER: Robin Fosdick may produce the newsletter.

OFFICERS: President, Debbie Mason; Vice President, Leslie Crye; Secretary, Peg Harshfield; and Treasurer, Allen Joiner. The motion to approve the slate was made by Barbara Wallin and seconded by Nancy Petroski. The motion was approved.
